This politically-charged video was created to try to convince political groups and voters to reach out to their legislators in hopes of passing the End the Wait bill. This bill would end the waitlist for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and allow them to get services. I interviewed and filmed a couple of clients for this video so that we could get a first-person account of how vital services were to people with disabilities. In addition, I included older clips that showcased the same message. The video was distributed on social media, including CEO communication, and presented at meetings to try and gather support.
